Returns Policy
At Blackbridge Nurseries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, especially when it comes to live plants. Please read our returns policy below for details on how we handle returns and refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Trees
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a photo of the issue to help us assess the problem and provide a quick resolution.
We will offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. Please choose your plants carefully and feel free to contact us if you have any questions before purchasing.
How to Request a Return

We’ll get back to you within 2 business days with the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected (where applicable). Refunds for plant issues are usually processed based on photos and do not require a return.
Important Notes
We do not accept returns for plants that have failed due to neglect, improper care, or environmental conditions outside our control.
