Live outside Auckland? No problem. We deliver nationwide working with our trusted plant delivery specialists who make sure your trees arrive safely, no matter where you are.

Ordering a large tree (400L+)? These beauties travel by Hiab truck, so they can be lifted and placed carefully when they arrive.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver nationwide across New Zealand, including both the North and South Island. At checkout, enter your address and we’ll calculate the best freight option for your order.

Q: How does delivery work?
A: Smaller trees ship via standard freight, while larger trees (e.g., 400L+) are delivered with specialist trucks. You can also collect from our Auckland nursery by arrangement.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Delivery fees are based on your location and the size of your order. Smaller plants have flat-rate shipping, while larger or mature trees require specialised freight. You’ll see your delivery cost during checkout, or we’ll follow up with a quote if your order includes oversized items.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most Auckland deliveries arrive within 12 – 48 hours. For regional or South Island deliveries, it may take a little longer. We’ll keep you updated with expected timeframes once your order is confirmed.

Q: Can I pick up my online order?
A: Yes — choose “Pickup” at checkout to collect from our Auckland nursery. We’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient pickup time.

Q: What sizes are the plants in your online store?
A: Each product includes size or grade details (e.g. 25L, 45L, 160L) along with the height information. If you’re unsure which size suits your space, feel free to get in touch for guidance before purchasing.
